dc.description.abstract |
A new human resources (HR) manager has been hired by the reputed trading company MicraFinance with the objectives of boosting employee morale and taking steps to improve labour productivity. The manager also has been tasked with alleviating the attrition rates caused by loopholes in the existing rating system, which rates employees based on the absolute profits generated by each individual, without taking the market situation into account. |
