Abstract:
On 12th August 2022, Mr Veer Singh, the Operations Associate at Muzzard Tree, the tournament partner of Durand Cup, was anxious. He was supposed to give his boss a scientific plan with checks and balances the next day. He planned to deliver quality meals timely to the players, staff, and organizing committee of the Durand Cup. Veer studied operations management as a part of his sports diploma. He has to use concepts such as PERT, CPM, and the Gantt Chart to devise a well-thought-out plan for delivering quality meals on time during the Durand Cup matches to almost 750 participants. He had got estimates of the various activities from his boss.
